At Garden Dreams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.

Condition of Items

Items must be:

• In original condition
• Unused and undamaged
• In original packaging when possible
• Include all original tags and labels

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• We'll provide you with return instructions
• Package items securely for return shipping
• Send items back using the provided return label

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom items
• Perishable goods
• Items damaged by misuse
